The site dynamically duplicates the content of all  websites. For example visit:
If you want to check out your site visit and make a search for your site.
I don't know is it legal or not, but Copyscape indicates in the results for duplicated content search and the Google PR of my site dropped down from PR4 to PR0.
I wonder does this kind of duplication influences Google PR. If not, why copyscape shows in the list of duplicated content results?

I personally have no real answer to your question, of course, but wanted to buzz in on what you've shared, and I will be looking into this further in the near future. Please, if you learn of how this duplication issue is to be handled, post the latest to keep us all up to date. Thanks for bringing this issue to the attention of writers everywhere. It's always a good thing to practice diligence coupled with sound fact and research.
