I have this message on my Premium account for almost 8 hours now.

Your search could not be completed, since the Google API did not respond to Copyscape's requests.
Your Copyscape Premium account has not been debited for this search.
Please try again or come back later if this keeps happening. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What's wrong?

I suspect that fellow forum visitors (such as myself) would not have access to the back-end processes required for the Copyscape service to function properly, so we would not be able to tell you what is going on. I think somebody will  need to contact Copyscape directly.

I've been having the same problem with my premium account. Hopefully, they'll resolve the issue soon.

Hello Admin,

It's been 24 hours and I can't use my Premium account , I 'm way past my deadline for article submission.

What will I do?

And please create a better image below it's messy, and I think there's no need for that for Premium members.

Sincerely !

It will be great if the admin can just say something about this problem!
Is there anyone working on it?

We have contacted Google and informed them about the problem. In the past they have fixed this quickly but the matter is outside our control. I will post here again if there is an update. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Perhaps we could contact Google directly. That might get them moving faster on getting this problem corrected. We are in desparate need of the use of this site and maybe can take some effective action to get it fixed. Is there someone we could contact? Either by email or by phone? Let us know and we could get things rolling faster for you!
Thanks!

As mentioned on the front page:

We have just isolated and identified the issue with the Google API. It is a specific communication problem between our servers and Google. We have now sent the details to Google and trust this should be fixed shortly.

Sorry again for the inconvenience.
