I was surfing last night and found a psychic site using my name and testimonials word for word as well using my clients names all they changed was UK, I have emailed the site requesting they remove it immediately, no reply since yesterday and it has not been removed.  I also have contacted webdesigner he says he has nothing to do with it but he is the registrant of the domain.  I have told them I would take legal action tomorrow.

Not only is it stealing content but identity as well , how do you suggest I deal with this?

With respect to the identity theft, you probably need to contact local law enforcement. At the very least, this agency would be able to advise you regarding the appropriate course of action in your jurisdiction.

With respect to pursuing the copyright violation, you should be able to find some useful (although general) information on the Copyscape "plagiarism" page. For specifics in your jurisdiction, you may need to consult with a solicitor.
