I just found an article that I wrote, psoted on someone's blog as their own work. What can I do?

This is where the imposter is located: COPY

This is my original work: ORIGINAL

Thanks in advance for any advice.

I think you should ask him politely to remove content of your website from his blog or to give your entire credit for that. But if he refuses to budge just give him a good thrashing and I hope the issue will get settled sooner or later.

You belong to the same Numis Network. Perhaps there is a private messaging system in this network. Making him aware he's plagiarizing will probably prevent him from doing it again. Advising or making comments on the Numis Network forum about copying Numis articles (without mentioning specifics) can alert the heads of Numis Network about plagiarism.

I constantly get blog posts removed that have been copied directly from my popular travel website or from the articles I submit to promote my website.

It can be time consuming and frustrating, taking up to 3 weeks to get the desired results, but 90% of the time I get the offending content removed.

I am willing to act as your legal representative to get stolen content removed.  In return I would ask for a $15 fee.  I can guarantee that if I fail to get the offending content removed the fee will be returned.

Is there a way of knowing which content was published first if you see a duplicate content issue ?
