There seems to be some confusion here on what a DMCA is, or how one files it. ALL a DMCA is, is a form that lists all the necessary information required to legally notify someone of copyright infringement. It's REALLY easy people! A few sample DMCA template forms can be downloaded from here;

http://www.mcanerin.com/EN/articles/copyright-03.asp

Simply alter the form to the company you're submitting it to, insert the required information, and email it off.

IMPORTANT! You'll also need to either digitally sign it, or sign it in ink, and fax or mail it. (though I find that 95% of the time webhosts will remove the infringed info simply be telling them in your original email that a signed copy is also being mailed to them). One of the many requirements for the DMCA to be valid is that it's signed.

It is good to see this but does this really helps? Will the defaulter gets any penalty?
