Hi everyone

Can you help?

Two websites have completely copied my website, but confusingly the payment links still link to my Paypal / Google...

I'm in process of changing all my pages, adding the copyscape logo, however I don't know why anyone would do this...?

I have contacted the registrant / host who is the same person foe each site?

Whats going on?

The sites in question http://www.lapresideta.com and http://www.niceridepr.com

Any advice is most appreciated

Clare

The "sparkles" site has no content, the "resideta" domain does not exist, and the "niceride" site is on the same server as is the "sparkle" site. So currently there's nothing to compare, and it's possible that you posted your pages to the wrong location, or that your host's internal routing is off. But I don't see any infringement.

The "laPresidenta" site has the same IP address as the "lovesparkles" and "niceride" sites; these three domains are the only ones residing at this IP address. The SSL certificates for "laPresidenta" and "niceride" belong to "lovesparkles" domain, suggesting all three belong to the same account.

The registrant info for the "laPresidenta" and "niceride" domains leads to a "*.info" site that appears to be a false front.

You say that you've posted the "Copyscape" logo to "your" site, but all three display the image, and all three have the exact same timestamp (down to the second) for having posted this image (9:11:23 a.m. this morning). Either these are all the same site, or two are "parked" on top of one.

It would appear that either all three of these are your sites, and you have, effectively, posted an ad here; or else the other two domains are incorrectly pointed, from the same server, to your domain. If the latter, then you need to contact your host to correct the situation. But there would appear to be no "plagiarism" happening in this case.

Trust me I have not posted an ad here, I am relatively new (June 07) to having a website and saw the lapresidentia link in my statcounter this morning and it completely freaked me out..I have just contacted Godaddy (my hosts) to ask what is happening and thanks for your help because I really don't know what I was supposed to be looking for..

Best regards

Clare

When I had a same problems with my sites http://www.financial-lawyer.ru/ and http://www.tourizm-world.ru/ I made a copy of a page from http://www.archive.org with my initials from the copied sites, and my lawyer confirmed them,  after that I sent a letter to e-mail domain registrant and he droped my content from his sites
P.S. Sorry, my english is awful, I now...
