several of my articles were stolen and posted on Associated Content. The copied articles receive a higher search engine ranking than the originals.

I sent already 3 take down notices to Associated Content. The last email was an official DMCA notice. I am waiting since 5 days for a reaction from them.

Did anyone deal with Associated Content already? What should be the next step? I am really upset that AC is paying people to steal my articles.

I think you should post comment there regarding that topic, But you have not mentioned whether you have opted for any legal assistance in this regard.
